Rendered marrow fat for searing, roasting and sauces. A savoury alternative to ghee if its flavour isn’t for you. A 500 ml jar lasts around a month, depending on how much you cook.

A dry, garlic-free seasoning inspired by Megrelian adjika, for beef, grilled meat and sauces. The 50 ml jar lasts around 1–1½ months of regular use; a larger 250 ml jar is also available.
